A beautiful ending to a beautiful series.

Ivy is trying to hold down all the duties at the inn with her niece Poppy since Shelly decided to go back to New York. They are doing great, but the large back tax bill is still weighing heavily on Ivy's mind. Since her husband died and left her this huge historic home spending all their retirement income, without Ivy's knowledge, she has been trying to save the home and start a new life in Summer Beach. Things seem to be going well until something unexpected pops up, and Ivy is stressing. Maybe the art show they are hosting will help clear up some of the debt.

Along with welcoming guests to the inn, Ivy discovers another secret of the past owner Amelia. So far they have uncovered treasured artwork that was believed stolen and then priceless jewels. All which Ivy turned over to the FBI. When Ivy finds yet another treasure in the house, things start to piece together in the elusive past of the original owner Amelia.

Now throw the "other woman" that Ivy has found out about since arriving into town, into the mix and things heat up. Can Ivy believe what she is saying? Just how much trouble will she add to the sometimes insurmountable stack of worries?

What about Bennett and Ivy? Will they finally have a chance at love? He won't give up, but is she ready to trust someone with her heart?

I absolutely loved this third book in the Summer Beach series. It was so nice to see how Ivy and Shelly's stories turned out along with all the supporting characters. I saw so much growth in the characters over the three books and I love how the story continued from each one. It was a pleasure to read these amazing works of art by Jan Moran. She is a fabulous author. This is one series you don't want to miss!
