Lauren
Sutton is at a crossroads in her life. She owns a successful wedding planning
company and has lost her inspiration and passion. She lost her fiancé in a car
crash and still has not recovered from her loss. She decides to sell her half
of the company to her best friend and partner go on a journey of self discovery.
On a whim she takes a job at an inn as an assistant to the owner on the Outer
Banks of North Carolina. When she accepts a small gift of a sea glass bracelet,
her life is about to take an unexpected turn and perhaps give her everything
she has ever longed for.
This
beautiful small town novel by author Jenny Hale is so heart-warming. We as
readers get to follow Lauren on her journey of starting a new chapter in her
life. The main character Lauren and all the supporting characters are very well
written and I loved the mystery of the sea glass bracelet throughout the story.
My thanks to Harpeth Road publishing and Jenny Hale for my advanced copy that I
read and reviewed voluntarily. If you love small towns, close knit communities,
second chances and a little mystery, you will want to read this one friends.
