My Review after reading the book
Wiley Fortune is a lawyer, and he is back in town for the opening of his families new hotel, Hotel Fortune. At the launch party Wiley sees a beautiful woman whom he is bound and determined to meet. Wiley has no idea how this beauty will change his life.
Grace Williams is one of three candidates for a manager position with Hotel Fortune. She is investing everything into this job and this chance. When she topples off a balcony, has she become a liability to the family, or will they stand by her as she recovers?
Wiley can not figure out what it is about Grace that makes him want to care and protect her. He becomes her champion during her recovery even though her family and friends warn her that he is only out to protect his family’s investments. As Wiley and Grace spend more time together, things start to heat up in every department. Will Grace still be up for the promotion if she is sleeping with the boss? Can Wiley convince Grace’s family he only has her best interests at heart?
What a fabulous story and an awesome start to a new series. I loved the main characters and how they were both such caring and gentle people, yet ambitious and driven. I am a huge fan of the author Michelle Major writing style, and she did not disappoint in this novel. I am excited for the next book in the series, to read the stories of the supporting characters in the Fortune family.
