My Review after reading the book
Eden Voss had a dream to be a R&B singer, but after a devastating heartbreak, both professionally and personally, she is now concentrating on being a songwriter. She is in a financial bind so when Blaine Woodson, the man that tore apart her dreams contacts her to work with an up and coming new artist, she feels she does not have much of a choice. Can she keep their relationship strictly professional this time?
Blaine Woodson is trying to build his own business in the recording industry apart from his famous parents also in the industry. He has made some hard choices and paid the price, but now he has a chance with a new artist. All he needs is a songwriter and he has only one person in mind, Eden Voss. Will she accept his offer?
The relationship between Blaine and Eden is heated right from their first meeting and the sparks just keep flying. As much as they vow to be professional and leave their personal feelings aside, they cannot resist the attraction they feel towards each other. When Blaine has to make another life altering decision, will he give up Eden once again?
This was a great story with all the dynamics of family, friendship, and love. The characters were beautifully written, and I think it is a fabulous start to an amazing new series.
