Restart in Bristol - Book Review

Holly Nicholson has finally put down roots. As a child she moved from town to town, and country to country with her parents. Now she is settled and has a home and a thriving vet clinic. She is content, engaged and all is well until she runs into her old flame Curtis Clark. Can she forget the sparks and the love they once shared?

Curtis Clark was a Nascar race driver until his team folded, so he is back home doing construction jobs around town and trying to find his way back to the track. Everything is starting to settle until he runs into Holly at a ranch owned by their friends. He has not forgotten the love they shared or their breakup, but can they be just friends?

Holly and Curtis seem to run into each other again and again. They both do not know what to do with the feelings they still have for each other. When Holly’s engagement seems like it might end, will they take another chance at love?

I adored this story of second chances. The characters were very well written and you can’t help but want to see Holly and Curtis find their happily ever after. This is the third book in the series, but the author Sedona Hutton does a brilliant job of filling you in on the back stories of all the supporting characters. I also loved that the book dealt with the difficulties couples face today such as long distance relationships, traveling for work, and raising a family. I am looking forward to going back to read the first books in the series.

Thank you so much to the author Sedona Hutton, BooksGoSocial and NetGalley for an advanced copy of the book to review. It was fabulous! All opinions expressed for this review are unbiased and entirely my own.
