Page Maps Sketch Challenge - BoBunny

Hi Everyone! How's your day? Today it's sooooo warm where I am, very warm for Spring in Canada, lol.. but I'm not complaining! Today I'm sharing a layout I did for a guest design spot at Page Maps. 

Becky Fleck was so sweet to invite our BoBunny team to work with her sketches this month.It's been awhile since I've done a double page sketch, so it was fun to work with that many photos again. Here's the sketch that I got to work with!

Happy Day - Page Maps Guest Designer

Hi Eveyone! I have something really special to share today! I was asked by Becky Fleck of Page Maps to create a layout based upon one of her September sketches. Of course my answer was a very excited "YES". I had such fun with this. I used the new Zip-A-Dee-Doodle collection from BoBunny and a few photos of Ryan and Nicole when we were out at the lake and they were breaking in the new quad. I love the colours in this collection and all the elements. I fussy cut some of the flowers from one of the patterned papers and used some pop dots to lift them off the page. I even pulled out my sewing machine and did some stitching around the edges and on the pocket I made. So much fun to play with this collection for the first time and look at all the goodies!!! Now I'm off to the Page Maps blog to check out what's new for September!! Have a wonderful day and a Happy September!

Morning Ladies and Gents! Another break last night found me on the Page Maps blog again! The sketches are just so amazing. I always get so inspired when I see them. I'm always stumped when making cards, so I was excited to find a card sketch. I used some goodies from the Bo Bunny collection " Love Letters". Not your typical pink or red valentines collection. I love the blacks and greens with the soft pinks and reds. Your thinking...un huh...we all know she loves those vintage colors! Well, you know you would be right, lol. Ryan spent the day yesterday with me in my studio studying for his finals so I told him I just made  a card to give to his girlfriend on Valentines Day...he rolled his eyes, lol. I guess I'm suppose to be shhh when he's studying! Have an awesome day my friends!

It's A Snow Day

 Hi Everyone!!! How's your afternoon? I've been wanting to play with the "Snow Day" collection from Bo Bunny since it came out. I love the blues and greens, and all the embellies that come with it! Well today was the day. With this awesomely amazing sketch from Becky Fleck at Page Maps and the blizzard we had yesterday, I had just the right combination. Jax & Daisy were the only two that wanted to go outside during a blizzard. They think it's amazing that all those toys that were in the yard yesterday where now buried. Most pictures I was taking had Jax's head buried in a snow bank digging for his bones, lol. I know the photos look fuzzy, but that's how much snow was falling all day! I wasn't thinking blizzard...I was thinking...photo opportunity!! Have a wonderful day my friends!
