A Child's Christmas Wish - Book Review

Eric McKnight has moved to Oak Hollow to give his disabled daughter Lilly the best life possible. When Jenny Winslet agrees to be his temporary nanny, he has no idea what he is in store for. Not only does Jenny adore Lilly but she is determined to bring Christmas into the McKnight household and into the heart of Mr. Eric Scrooge. As Christmas gets closer will Jenny be able to melt Eric’s heart and show him what Christmas is really about? What will happen when Jenny is ready to leave Oak Hollow to chase her dreams?

Makenna Lee brings us just the sweetest Christmas story about a grieving father, a disabled child and a persistently wonderful nanny. The characters wove together beautifully, and I especially love how Lilly’s character was so prominent throughout the story. It gave me such insight into the lives of families with disabled children. It was a fabulous addition to the two previous novels in the Oak Hollow series. Thank you to the author Makenna Lee for my advanced readers copy that I voluntarily read and reviewed.

Thank you so much for stopping by the farmhouse. Lynn
