The Family Album - Book Review

The Family Album by Patty Drake

Bethany, Maine Book 2

Gage is grieving the loss of his precious wife and trying to figure out what his new normal will be. He is now raising four babies, a set of triplets that are his children and a niece whom he has custody of.  He is moving to a beautiful small town to start a new life with his family and to be closer to his sister-in-law Arianna who is in University. Thankfully, he has great friends who come to help him settle in and when he starts meeting the people in town, he is starting to feel more at home every day. When a town project brings everyone together, Gage is surprised when he sees someone from his past step up to help as well. What surprises are in store for this single father and four adorable babies?

This was such a touching book by Patty Drake. I loved all the characters, especially those sweet little babies. It was a heartwarming tale of loss, friendship, family, and new beginnings. Although this is the second book in the series, it can be read as a stand alone novel, but the first novel Going Back Home is an excellent read as well. Thank you so much to the author Patty Drake, and Lakefront Publishing for an advanced copy of the book to review. It was a sweet story. All opinions expressed for this review are unbiased and entirely my own.
