Happily This Christmas - Book Review

Happily This Christmas by Susan Mallery

Wynn is a single mother, a business owner and can not stop watching her sexy neighbor Garrick through her kitchen window. Her son is fourteen, so maybe it is time Wynn starts looking for a relationship. When her doorbell rings, and she sees Garrick standing there, will she have the nerve to ask him out?

Garrick, a seasoned policed officer is in a panic. His grown daughter, eight months pregnant is coming to stay with him. He has no clue what she will need, but he knows someone who will. What will happen when he asks his beautiful neighbor Wynn for some help?

Garrick and Wynn soon become friends and amidst a very cranky pregnant daughter, a teenage son, an impromptu wedding and prenatal classes, they start wondering if maybe this Christmas it is time for more than one miracle.

I loved this story from Susan Mallery. The characters are real, they have issues and the plot makes you feel right at home along with the people in Happily Inc. I appreciated that everyone was not perfect, and their struggles with past and present issues were a part of the story. This is the sixth novel in the series and although it could be read as a stand a lone novel, I would recommend reading the series in order as past characters are part of the story. Thank you so much to the author, Susan Mallery, Harlequin Publishing and NetGalley for an advanced copy of the book to review. It was fabulous! All opinions expressed for this review are unbiased and entirely my own.

Thank you so much for stopping by the farmhouse. Lynn
