Christmas at Saltwater Cove - Book Review

Christmas at Saltwater Cove by Amelia Addler

Sandy Randall is fifty-three year old woman who works as a pediatric surgeon. She is coming to Westcott Bay to see her sister for a much-needed rest over Christmas. After a divorce years ago, she is not looking for love, she just wants to rest and restore. On her first day in town, she runs into an old high school flame, Jack, and as they rekindle their friendship, she is starting to think that maybe she can love again.

Jack Pappas has just sold his restaurant and is in Westcott Bay to help Sandy’s sister Margie with a Christmas event at her farm. He is overjoyed to see Sandy again, and his feelings from way back when start to surface. Could this be his chance be with the woman he fell in love with all those years ago?

At the urging of Margie, Sandy and Jack start spending more and more time together. They are both questioning what the future holds and if their past romance can be reignited. Add in a little medical mystery, some mistletoe and maybe the New Year will start off with a new love for Sandy and Jack.

Amelia Addler has another hit on her hands with this short but sweet novella. It was great to catch up with previous characters from the series and see a new love blossom. I love this series, and this book was definitely an early Christmas gift to Amelia’s readers. It can be read as a stand a lone novel, but trust me, you are going to want to read the whole series. Thank you so much to Amelia Addler for an advanced copy of the book to review. It was fabulous! All opinions expressed for this review are unbiased and entirely my own.

Amelia Addler writes always sweet, always swoon-worthy romance and women's fiction stories and believes that everyone deserves their own happily ever after. Her soulmate is a man who once spent five weeks driving her to work at 4AM after her car broke down (and he didn't complain, not even once). She is lucky enough to be married to that man and they live in Pittsburgh with their little yellow mutt. Visit her website at AmeliaAddler.com

Thank you so much for stopping by the farmhouse. Lynn
