Book Review: Jackson

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Jackson comes to Redemption licking his wounds from a bitter divorce and custody battle. Jackson along with his two cousins inherits a stunning property which once was a small western town but has now become a ghost town. Jackson decides they should revitalize the property into a thriving business.
Caroline comes to Redemption quite by accident to do an article as a favor to Celeste Blessing. Caroline is married to an older man who is suffering from Alzheimer’s in a care facility. When Caroline visits Redemption for the second time, it’s to build her future home and business as a widow.

Jackson and Caroline have an instant attraction but is it too soon to let themselves fall in love again? Old wounds and past hurts push at them to remain just friends, but will it stay that way?
I loved this new book by Emily March. I loved the characters from Eternity Springs that came to visit in the story as well as all the new characters introduced. I’ve read all the books in the series and it was simply a joy to visit with old friends and fall in love with Redemption and the people that lived there. I can’t wait for the next book in the trilogy. A huge thank you to St. Martin's Press and NetGalley for an advanced copy of the book to review.
