Hi Friends! A post that isn't scrappy related..what? lol. A friend of ours dropped off this HUGE box of apples for us, and while her son was here he said his mom made this delicious Apple Cake! Well..of course I needed the recipe. She shared this with me yesterday and this morning I made the cake. Oh my goodness it was incredibly delicious, so I thought I would share the recipe with you. The original came from Allrecipes.com. The only thing I changed was instead of white sugar, I used brown sugar with the apples. Yummm. Hope you enjoy!
