Saltwater Falls - Book Review

Amelia Addler takes us back to San Juan Island to see what our favourite family is up to.

Conner has returned home to Westcott Bay to help his mother after her moped accident. Along with his sisters, he is determined to aid in her recovery. He is also debating what he should do with his life. He has been a nomad, roaming the world experiencing one adventure after another, but now maybe it is time to put that life behind him and be more responsible. He is contemplating his life while working at a local hotel when he meets someone who just might be the one to help him make his choice that much easier.

Teresa on San Juan Island as a location scout for a local movie. This is her one chance to prove to her family that she can make it in the film industry. If this does not work, she is expected to return home and follow her family’s footsteps and become a lawyer. When Teresa stands up for a handsome waiter at the hotel she is staying at, her life is about to change in ways she did not expect.

In this novel we have family, community, love and a little mystery all wrapped into one brilliant story by Amelia Addler. The characters are so well written, and I love how all the members of the family are in the story as well. It is wonderful to see how they are all developing throughout the series. There is even a surprise character that shows up who I hope to read more about in a future book. As I finished this one, I am already anticipating the next. This is one series you are going to want to dive into! A huge thank you to the author Amelia Addler for an Arc of the book to read and review. All my opinions are my own and unbiased.

Amelia Addler writes always sweet, always swoon-worthy romance and women's fiction stories and believes that everyone deserves their own happily ever after. Her soulmate is a man who once spent five weeks driving her to work at 4AM after her car broke down (and he didn't complain, not even once). She is lucky enough to be married to that man and they live in Pittsburgh with their little yellow mutt. Come visit her website at AmeliaAddler.com.
